Doctors seem ok when you actually get to speak to them. Rest of the staff are incompetent. Looking for alternative surgery.

I moved myself & my daughter from my local doctors of 30 years due to lack of appointments.. since joining Spectrum, Ive always managed to get an appointment and on the same day! I recently needed an emergency appointment and I got slotted in, the doctor was fabulous and took the time to listen to me, not only that, he squeezed me in to have my bloods done which I get really anxious about.. In all of my 10 years needing regular blood tests, I have never come across such a down to earth, calming and a truly fabulous nurse as I did for the first time on 24/04/23 - Julie Garner is an absolute credit to the surgery and put my anxiety at ease.. going forward I will only let Julie do my bloods.. thank you Spectrum!

Called today 12th April for appointment. Waoo, the appointment offered is after mid of next month. Why have they registered so many patients that they can not accommodate. GP surgeries charge NHS for each and every patient. They charge NHS to see a patient after 8 weeks which is unprofessional. GPs can not complain or moan about being busy as they have full control on number of patients being registered

We would like to say how wonderful it is to have nurse Julie Garner back at the surgery. Julie is such a brilliant Nurse - very competent, friendly & efficient nurse. It is always a pleasure coming to see her because you know you are going to get excellent, friendly service! I have spoken to all my friends who come to this Spectrum Health surgery and they all endorse my comments above.

I can honestly say that the staff are all amazing and can only imagine the immense pressure that was put on them last year and was so close to changing my surgery. It gives me faith to have Ella there helping to get it all back on track. She is always smiling, so helpful and polite. We need more people like Ella at the surgery. The doctors are also amazing and i hope it stays this way. I find it much easier to get appointments now too and call queues are not so long.
