        This surgery never pick up the phone, after spending over 2hours holding the line then being cut off and that was me being 5th on the line.

        They never pick up the phone when u try and ring for an appointment and they just turn round and say they are fully booked up I rang twice yesterday and today tk get an appointment but they were fully booked up and they are just a waster of space but when u ask for a call back they never call u back and they are very rude to there patiences and they don't won't to help
