Staff werent all wearing ppe, nurse rude when requesting they stop procedure they didnt. They told me id be covered for 5 years with coil but the removal date on slip said 3 years time.

I don't know this doctors surgery personally, but I was referred there for an IUD installation by the Haymarket Sexual Health Clinic. I've never had an IUD before so I'd done lots of research into it and discovered it will be a very painful experience. So I was understandably nervous. The Doctor who performed the procedure however, put me at ease, explained everything with a diagram and explained everything very thoroughly. Amazingly, I felt NO pain!!! She was great and I'm very thankful to her for a such a positive experience.

The staff are friendly enough and the doctors are good, when you can get a appointment! I rang yesterday, automated message saying shut for staff training, rang this afternoon, same message! No online systmonline appointments either. No point in moving surgeries, they're all in the same boat.
