Absolutely rubbish. Rude receptionist and doctor who seen my little one didnt even get his name right. My childs name is Amaan and he called out Amit? Is the doctor qualified in English. No wonder no one was responding because there was no one by that name in the waiting area. Seen him and didnt know what the issue was when quite clearly my child was breathing heavy and coughing. Also tugging badly at his ear without further checking he sent me straight to A&E.

Dr Vania (refuse to see any other doctor - commended for going out his way) , Amita and Adam ALWAYS COURTEOUS and HELPFUL. Not a place anyone likes to visit but welcome staff make it HUMANE. THANKS ALWAYS

Extremely rude staff!! When making a call to the receptionist she was speaking so slow and getting frustrated at my mum whilst she was trying to book an appointment. I wouldnt recommend this place at all. Staff need to behave professionally and like adults the woman on the call was behaving like a child. Disgusting behaviour.
