        Doctors are really good but the ladies in the reception are rude an disrespectful an unprofessional.

        I moved from a town with a new born baby. I went to 5-6 gp surgeries before arriving this gp surgery. I just wanted to register with a gp as my baby was not well. The lady in reception has no ethics. She was not interested in any kind of help. She asked me For my area code and then told me to go home as she needs to find out from manager whether I can register with them or not. She was supposed to call me next day to inform me this simple thing but I never got any calls. I knew this is whats gonna happen and hence, I got registered somewhere else. I have never come across such unhelpful people.
