        I went for a day case procedure, on 20/04/23. Processed in quickly by arrival ward. Friendly anesthetist and surgeon. Recover/discharge ward brilliant.

        my husband was a patient there he was in december with a infection walking with a stick and mild dementia .he was discharged incontinent with a pressure sore and immobile.during his stay he lost a stone in weight.i also witnessed other patients in his bay calling for nurses and ignored not good

        Staff in department are lovely ,really tried to make you at ease,explaining everything,The reason I havnt given 5 stars is because the telephone system is horrendous,i tried twice to get through as had been given 2 different appointment times ,once for 1hr 10 mins and second time 1hr 30 mins and didnt get to speak to anybody,this isnt good practice and needs sorting ! But this is nothing to do with the lovely staff in endoscopy x
