Pulled up on my drive, cleaned his windows, used our bin, spoke to someone on the phone for a bit and moved along. Nothing to do with us as far as I'm aware but no attempt at making an apology either.

DUO LONG
Very unpleasant experience! Found one on google with a 5 star rating and thought it would be good, but I was wrong! Called Dennis about my boiler, kept showing LF codes, and water pressure issues. The engineer dispatched was Mark, 40 minutes behind schedule two days in advance. He immediately discovered that the water pressure problem was due to the increase in water pressure caused by the water inlet valve not being tightened tightly. Just use a screwdriver to twist an angle of about 10 degrees . Then I did a so-called test and said it was fixed. That cost me 85. The next day the LF code reappeared three times, I rebooted three times, but it reappeared after a while. I called Mark and said the problem was not resolved, he said there could be many reasons for this and it would cost a lot of money, would I like it? Also, if he needs it again, I have to pay 85 for the first call out! ! ! The problem has not been solved, and it is unfair to continue to charge! I am determined to find other companies!

Dennis fitted a new boiler for my elderly mother .great service. friendly and kept us informed. made a great job and did it the next day. we highly recommend Affordable Responce Limited. Nigel.

Can't thank Denis enough, an emergency call out on the Sunday (at 8pm) and Bank Holiday Monday.. We had a flood which was running directly onto our rcd/power board, obviously super dangerous! Denis and his team made the property safe same night and restored power the next day (Bank Holiday). First number I'd call if there was another issue!
