I was recommended Vikash by a friend who had used his service and was very pleased. Right from the start, he was very professional in his approach and knowledgeable. We struggled to have hot water in 2 showers at the same time and based on his recommendation, we changed our 25 year old combi for a WB system boiler with a 12 year warranty. His team were on time on all 3 days and did 12 hour shifts for the first 2 days in the blistering heat in the loft! The lads were friendly, polite and well mannered. We were updated on the progress regularly. The work was quite large, considering that we moved the boiler unit to the loft requiring the boiler and tank being taken up there. The workmanship is clean and neat. The attention to detail is perfect. Vikash taught us how to use the nest app and its functions as we did not have one before. All paperwork was complete with registration of warranty and certificates sent upon completion. Hardly have I ever seen workmen leave a place so neat and tidy both inside and outside the property! I would definitely recommend Vikash and his team for any boiler related works- professional, efficient, polite and knowledgeable.

Excellent and professional service by ARV Group! A huge Thanks especially to Vikash who came less within 24 hours to fix my boiler. Despite having cover with another gas provider Vikas was able to come and repair my boiler was soon up and running with hot water and heating in no time. Deffo be using your services again.
