Placed an order on a Wednesday, way before the 11am cut off for same day despatch, and when I chased for delivery updates on Friday of the same week I was told that the items I have ordered will only be despatched the following Monday. The items I ordered showed as in stock so there should be no reason for the delay. Have tried to call them a couple of times but no answer and despite numerous emails also no answer. Just hoping that the items will finally be delivered next week as it's holding up the project. Customer service and communication needs to drastically improve.

Parts were not individually wrapped so upon receipt were scratched and worn in places due to knocking against each other in transit. Yes they are fit for purpose but not in the condition expected. Also, paid 4.99 for a DPD delivery but parts were sent via Royal Mail second class post which would not have cost what I was charged.
