        Absolutely brilliant service from Samantha! Samantha was so so friendly and provided a beautiful service! The horse drawn carriage and the horses were absolutely amazing and so professional! As a family we really couldnt have asked for a better funeral director! OUTSTANDING service! We really would recommend bay tree! Thank you so much for giving our boy the send off he deserved, he looked stunning in his personalised in the night garden coffin, Tommy would have been in awe!

        I used Bay Tree funeral home in November 2023. Sam went out and beyond to help resolve an issue with a mess up with the doctors. Was always there on call to help with any issues we had. Would highly recommend.. Thank you Bay Tree
