The level of customer service, advice and attention to detail was outstanding, without which would not have made the day run smoothly and at the correct content and desired requirement for my Father's funeral such a success. A special mention must go to Sally, Keith and our celebrant Bernie who all contributed to such a moving and wonderful experience. From informing them of dads passing, right the way through to being dropped off at our venue after the funeral/burial, the service we received was impeccable. The staff are very professional and patient. They know their job inside out and made sure we were fully informed and understood everything that was going to happen. I highly recommend them to everyone.

We experienced a professional and courteous service throughout. Thank you Sally, for your caring approach and your sensitive manner when discussing difficult topics. The Funeral Director and his team were respectful on the day of the funeral and ensured that everything was ok before and after the service. Our lovely Celebrant, Linda, delivered the service with emotion and humour and captured my mother in laws spirit perfectly. Thank you all on behalf of the whole family.
