Also to me , every detail is heard and attended to , They remember your loved ones and you years down the line , Its more than their job its an extension of your family I will be forever grateful Thank you to you all , x

Very professional service combined with so much kindness and understanding. I had a funeral plan for my late sweet mother who sadly passed during this terrible time. They made me feel comfortable going to the parlour, visiting mum, nothing was too much. Donna & Linda were lovely also Robert and team on the day of the funeral, Many thanks guys for making an awful time bareable. Xx We had mum's ashes interred today (21/5/20) I realised I had forgotten to mention minister Pam Haynes who conducted both services and put so much emotion into the services and it felt like she knew mum personally, I can't thank her enough for her kind words she is an amazing minister.

At the very sad time of my husbands passing, the arrangements for his funeral were done very smoothly with compassion and Grace, everyone involved were very courteous and helpful
