        Excellent Service I ordered Chocolate Extreme Flapjack and wooow they are amazing. I was shocked how fast the delivery was I ordered these on a Tuesday and they can the next day. Excellent company I will be using again and again.

        the flapjacks used to be moist and lovely now dry and crumbly ,there not the same like they used to be, its put me off getting anymore,

        If I could, I would give them ZERO stars. I ordered some cakes for my daughters birthday party in nursery, since everything must be packed and labeled these days. Well, the parcel never arrived: the courier claimed nobody was home whereas both my husband and I were. The next step would have been waiting 24hrs for it to be delivered. I therefore contacted their customer service and they did nothing to help. They just checked the address was correct and then canceled my ordered and promised a refund. Is it really how you treat your customers?! Not even a sorry or a more personal phone call given the fact you had my details?!? Why is everything so anonymous and blameless these days?? Do you really care so little about new potential customers and good reviews? So no cakes, no party and they lost my money and me as a customer. Hope they keep their word and refund the full amount at least Never EVER again!
