Floral Fusion has the best online flower delivery service with outstanding customer support. Nausheen was a great help and very courteous. Though it was a last minute order, it was accepted and they did a wonderful job and had the beautiful bouquet delivered promptly on time, the next day. I ordered from Saudi Arabia and the convenience of the online order was outstanding. The flowers were fresh, bright and colourful and were presented with stunning beauty by the florist, along with the additional service of sending a chocolate box too. My sister was overjoyed and very pleased to receive this wonderful surprise. I would definitely recommend FLORAL FUSION to one and all.

Order flowers by text message as wanted a bespoke wreath for my mums funeral,which was accepted with "yes I can do that for that day" was told how much and I said that's great, so assumed as had replies as above I had placed order, 36 hours before funeral I sent a text message asking if it was OK for me to pick the wreaths up the next day, got a phone call say "I've not done them you didn't order them I said you sent me replies saying yes that's fine I can do them for that day for you, she then sniggered and said we'll there not done, I then had to fined another florist the next morning and they did a beautiful wreath in 18hours for me, all I can say to anyone using this florist please make sure your order is ordered so you don't go through what I did
