Chips are undercooked and greasy, pies are not Pukka, always one element missing, never any curry sauce. Don't bother.

This is very clean chippy and the staff are very helpful and well mannered. However, i do feel that in the past six months the quality, taste and portion sizes seem to have declined. The two problems that i have seen is it is the only shop locally (that i know of) that doesn't allow card payments, there is a till service over the road, but for convenience it is annoying. The other problem is parking, there is a lay by outside that fills up quickly as does the pavements nearby too with cars using this shop and other fast food shops. That said, it is still our favourite chippy and well worth a visit, you wont be disappointed.

Nice food, a tad on the pricey side compared to other local chip shops. The staff can be a bit hit and miss with a couple of them being a little short with you. In my experience witnessing my autistic son making an amendment to an order and getting snapped at wasnt very helpful. No apology was given either. Its not all staff so cant hold it against the shop. Cash only establishment so make sure you go cash machine first.
