Hornbuckle

I will be complaining to the financial ombudsman, they have raided my account without any prior notice or authorisation by me. Their customer service is non existent, they just don't care and are in my opinion theifs and must be taken to task. Avoid this company, charlatans....one star is a massive contradiction. I can understand why they changed from hornbuckle to embark. Same incompetent and untrustworthy team.

I had to give 1 star when I would like to give zero stars. HM are a terrible, terrible company who don't care one jot about their clients, provide absolutely pathetic "customer service" and who charge very high account fees. Save yourself much hassle, any many headaches, and avoid them like the plague

Beware of this firm! Incompetent, time-wasting and energy-draining administrator which doesn't answer emails from its own clients! I am still waiting for a call-back from a senior manager with regard to an erroneous cash withdrawal from my own account. And they are not cheap - my administration bill this year is more than 1,000.

Very poor service (or lack of it) Really made a mistake with my pension here. Odd individual is good but only came across 2 of them in 10 years

It's nice to see I'm not the only one. Hornbuckle are the worst company I've ever had the misfortune to deal with.
