I was having an order taken by the manager, Kirtis, he was extremely polite and helped me order food according to my taste, he immediately jumped in the kitchen and made my food and was very hygienic and i then got my food within 4 minutes, extremely quick and made to perfection

Vegetarian options: I ordered a vegetarian royal and vegan nuggets, even though they checked with me if I could have the Mayo (as a veggie not a vegan) they still brought me chicken nuggets. It is the first time In 5 years I have eaten meat. I was very reasonable and just asked for them to bring me a replacement.when these were ready instead of bringing them to me (to a table in front of the counter) they proceeded to shout vegan chicken nuggets until I got up and got them. I lovvveeeee Burger King but this establishment gives them a bad name. No one seems to know what they are doing and as we left the girl who served me was out side eating my returned chicken nuggets.not the best experience, will never go back to this restaurant but I think every restaurant is great !
