Sharing this great experience... Took my mom, brother and niece to Anokhi on Sat. Second time that I'd been there to shop and I am amazed at the warmth and advice that we got. To be fair, Karan was an absolute gem. He impressed us with his welcoming nature and we weren't pushed to buy something that we'd regret later. We bought lehengas, and Sarees for my son's wedding and I'd definitely go there again for more. We made a special trip to Leicester just for this shopping. This was definitely helpful especially when there is the stress of a wedding.. Thank you Anokhi!

I bought a item of clothing from a store. Was given no receipt. I tried to exchange the item which shop assistants remembered me and knew I had bought it from there. The item was unworn and still had tags and I proved that I bought it from there. The manager refused to take an exchange or a refund, and then proceeded to tell me that he doesnt believe I paid that amount for that skirt, which essentially means that they ripped me off. He was very rude and not accommodating, all I wanted was an exchange and said that by law I needed a receipt which the business did not provide me with. I was really disappointed with the service and I feel like multiple people would have been ripped off by this and it needs to be stopped.

Best place to shop for bespoke wedding outfits. Good service and excellent quality. Good advice and expertise. Fabulous service, quality and most of all Ranjuben and Aartiben and team saw to everything. They took care of the stress, sorted everything out for us. Its wasnt cheap but it was well worth it for the care, attention, and quality we received as a family. Thankyou Anokhi. Much better than going to India.
