Haven't actually made it to placing an order yet, still trying, but from a brief overview it would seem that they are a high turnover company that has little time for niceties and luxuries such as pleasant conversation over today weather or 'how can assist you sir?' etc etc, they operate on Amazon, eBay and Etsy. On Etsy however they seem to play ball, because if you don't on Etsy it's kinda just like throwing water into the wind. They have good feedback on eBay, so they do seem to send things, and they arrive... which is comforting. They're website is also from 1963, (impossible, I know, but true) with broken links, anyway, my conclusion is they have amazing stuffs and sell millions of it, so much so that they operate at 98% capacity and have no time for people, expansion or talk about the weather. APPROACH WITH CAUTION.
