Last couple of years its lost its way. And staff treatment and well-being definitely isnt apart of the company. Your more of a number.
Over all control of the company had definitely changed not for the best.
A fair amount of staff turn over In the last 3/4 years. A lot of good knowledgable staff like my self left for a few reasons. Had to leave for my own well-being.
