Being sensible enough to know water and electric don't mix I called in the Professionals to do some work in my bathroom. These guys came out on time, fully prepared and with a friendly smile - all on a Monday morning! Such a relief to have friendly, reliable people doing quality work, not to mention being tidy too They even followed up to check everything was OK and I was satisfied with the work! This is how business should be done. I know I won't be looking anywhere else for my upcoming outdoor electrics - garden lighting, water features, heating, EV charger etc. Thank you @Raylec Service: General repairs

Excellent from start to finish. Charlotte was very helpful to help us decide what we needed & where as we had no idea! We had our whole bungalow re-wired by James & crew and then some light fittings & extractor fan put up as well when he came back for the 2nd fit after the plasterers (& some painting we'd done!) were finished & worked around this so all came into place. I even added a couple of changes but he was happy to help & change them. Hopefully if I ever find what lights I want in the lounge he will come back & fit them please? When we have finished decorating! Would highly recommend & would definitely use again. After moving into a 200 year old building, I have been collecting a list of numerous electrical issues and then called Raylec, they sent James the engineer out who worked through the list and ticked every single thing off. He was polite, helpful and no job was too difficult for him, he was happy to find solutions and do whatever it took. Fantastic service from him and also Charlotte in the office, always so friendly and informative. They both seem to go that extra mile to ensure you feel safe, satisfied and understand the whole process. Thank you so much, I would recommend definitely as I will not be using anyone else for my electrical work moving forward. I have given 5 stars to Raylec because they did everything that I wanted to a good standard. They attended my property within the time slot and were professional, polite and tidy.
