        yes you can not give simple service to uk customers and sending us to outside uk , then they do not know how to sort any problems out , if you do not have a gut to talk to people who paying bills to you then THIS YOU AS COMPANY INVITE MORE ISSUES AND BASICALLY THE THING IS YOU DO NOT CARE,BUT BECAUSE YOU GIVE THE UK GOVERNMENT BACKHAND MONEY OF COURSE THEY SUPPORT YOU . YOU ARE THE WORST IN ANYTHING

        charged 2180 unbelievable incorrect bill we only get 50 pounds for a month. she done calculations and got 800 pound unbelievable she says we never done any payment the last payment we did was on march when we gave the meter reading. charging us double what we alredy paid for !!!!! what we alredy paid for!!!

        Appaulling service could not recognise that the boiler flue was under 1 metre long and rejected to fix.Also couldn't find parts to fix an under 3 year old washing machine because parts were unavailable although the same model washing machine is on the market.
