        My daughter participated in the NCS scheme last year. She found that the LEBC staff and the 'leaders' had their favourites and felt left out. So, overall not a good experience and I would not recommend.

        The LEBC is brilliant! Our daughter loved the NCS program and grew in confidence. Not only that the social action aspect of the program was just awesome. If she could do it again I would ensure she did.

        My daughter has just finished her 4 weeks on ncs and as a quiet and low confident and self esteem girl she has had the best summer ever met loads of new friends and the mentors have been amazing .truly has changed her for the better and hopefully has more confidence now as she heads off to college.x
