Found today on collecting that they have been washed. The quilts are ruined cotton filling is all clumped and these are no food for use anymore.
The most painful thing is that these quilts belonged to my grandmother was her last gift to me.
The shop owner, the person at the desk did not even offer apology which is the least they could. On the contrary I was told that ship takes no guarantee for outcome, that same could have happened if it was dry cleaned. I would not recommend this shop at all.
