Sue provided great service: I had taken my suits into the dry cleaners on monday 7th May 2022. Had a dark suit and a linen suit with what looked like wine or alcohol stains at the bottom of the linen trouser legs along with scuff marks. Previously tried dabbing dilute bleach on a cloth to apply on a test area to see if it could remove a smaller stain elsewhere on the trouser which lifted the colour and left a white mark in its place. Didn't want white patches so when i took suits into Timpson was hopeful that maybe the dry cleaning process might work. However, store advisor advised the solvent wouldn't lift stain but they would try. Popped in on the 10th May to collect and sure enough the stain was still there. On this day i met Sue, a magician in disguise. Sue took a look at the linen trouser stains, cuff marks and dug into her problem solving resolution bag and gave me some advice. Told me to bring back the trousers the next day after applying the advice for trousers to be ironed. With nothing to lose, gave it a try and to my surprise the advice worked. Had so many people tell me to throw the suit away because its ruined. Salute to Sue, experience is everything. Bought a suit carrier off Sue to take suits to Jamaica next week. Thanks
