The owner here has a serious issue providing customer service, Im just happy to see I wasnt the only one that saw this issue. The owner was speaking down to me, and I was saved by another customer that walked in. The other customer did also notice the bad customer service. The guy behind the counter has some anger issues, arrogance displayed through the way he communicates, body language and the general way he comes across. He puts a display on that he acts like you do not know what you are talking about, and he is oblivious to what you are trying to explain and he will react in an argumentative way. He does really know what you are talking about, he will then grudgingly then start to help and offer partially some professional help but not advice. Very very poor service, workmanship is pretty good not the best. You maybe wondering why I had chosen this place, and it was only because his details were passed on by a reputable company. All this acting and display of rude behavior when you go to a professional for the job and advice that you are willing to pay for! Why do you not have a sign saying make sure you know what you want! I have aggressive and argumentative customer service - Enter at own risk!. Word of advice, if you carry on treating your customers like you did me, youll be the one wondering what went wrong when your shop loses business.
