After failing my test twice, I began lessons with Satnam, who completely transformed my driving! He's an incredibly patient and understanding instructor, with a knack for giving insightful, clear, and helpful feedback and comments. It was a pleasure learning with him, and I thank him for his invaluable help in gaining my license. Thank you!

Unreliable instructor. He decided to abruptly discontinue my lessons 4/3 weeks before my test as I took a turn too wide, to which I didn't realise I did. Instead of working to correct the error he then got extremely rude and defensive during the lesson. To which I was stunned and put it down to a 'bad day'. He then went the rest of the lesson ignoring me and being very blunt. At the end, without warning he basically told me he will not be continuing the lessons as I mistakenly took the turn to wide. I'm pretty sure he was just conning me out of my money and tried to find a way to not do the actual test (as we never did the lessons in the BSM car but rather his own). Whether that was due to him not actually being an instructor idk, or perhaps retired from the company, so no longer has his instructor license, as I do not recall him ever showing me the instructor number. Either way I noticed towards the test date he was trying his hardest to not actually go ahead with the test. despite me being almost at test standard (despite a few minors)and in the end he just mysteriously cancelled the lessons. However I luckily managed to find another instructor who was stunned with the methods that I was taught for the manoeuvres and how I was not told about the "show me tell me questions" despite my test being so soon. Nevertheless I managed to pass despite the instructors unreliability. I wouldn't recommend as I'm not convinced he was an actual BSM instructor.
