Did the 40 hour intensive course with Paul Grundy and passed the practical after two weeks. Great instructor who was very patient, friendly and motivating.

Didnt take the lesson but the whole operation seems like a scam. Booked lessons on 6/4 for 12/4, and 19-21/4. paid 273. Told there was 30 to cancel with less than two days notice. Called two hours later to cancel, first lesson still five days away. Told by some chap named Harry that there will be 30 charge anyway (why?) and refund takes 28 days. Pure scam.

The one star is for the instructors themselves. I had know problems with them on the whole , who taught my son. Acclaim as a company I would never recommend to anyone , I was given bad advice from the start that controdicted all the advice the instructors gave and had not got enough lessons booked in before a test , even though I had the money and plenty of time to do them . Since then I dreaded having to ever ring the office , they were rude and had no empathy to peoples feelings, they were forceful when wanting payments, and a one point basic told me not to ring them . I have suffered so much unnecessary upset and anxiety over the whole time and costs running in to several thousands . I have since spoken to several people that also had similar experiences to me with this company. But this is my honest experience.

Hasan was an exceptional driving instructor who helped me to achieve my goal of passing the driving test with flying colors(1st attempt and just 1 minor!). He is a true professional who has a fine sense of direction and guidance when it comes to teaching the art of driving. His ability to understand a student's strengths and weaknesses and provide guidance accordingly is commendable. What I really appreciated about Hasan was his calm and patient demeanor, which helped me to overcome my initial nervousness and gain confidence behind the wheel. He was always punctual, courteous, and gave clear and concise instructions, which made the learning process smooth and enjoyable. Overall, I would highly recommend Hasan to anyone looking for a reliable and knowledgeable driving instructor. He is undoubtedly one of the best in the business and his dedication to his students' success is truly inspiring. Thank you, Hasan bhai, for your exceptional guidance and support.
