After an initial hitch with the arranged appointment, I was visited by a gentleman who assessed the situation and advised me to contact Severn Trent about the reported issue as it was a shared drain. I did so and they came out the following day. The problem was sorted very swiftly and did not cost me a penny. I appreciated that the guy that came from the Drain People gave me sound advice and pointed me in the right direction. I did not get his name but he had a big beard and lots of tattoos. Lovely chap, who gave me confidence in the company. Thank you so much.

Great service, the lady I spoke to initially was very helpful and thorough, gave me potential costs before I booked the job which were reasonable. Then Matt arrived in the time frame I requested, was very polite and quick to assess my drainage issue. He gave great advice and follow up process. I would definitely recommend The Drain People as I've been let down by other drainage companies in the Tamworth area.

What a brilliant company. Having recently moved into a bungalow, we discovered by having a survey, that there was a drainage problem which meant that waste was backing up and blocking the vent pipe. Apart from the awful smell, it meant having the system jet cleaned out at very regular intervals. Called in the Drain People, who responded very quickly. Sam looked at the problem, took on board our concerns about our newly refurbished bathroom, came up with the solution and assured us that on finishing, we would not know that they had been. Well, how true was that ! The team turned up a couple of weeks later, and worked virtually non stop until the job was finished. The three guys were polite, considerant and very tidy. Problem solved, no mess and a pleasant experience. Fantastic ! Would recommend this company to anyone. Thank you the Drain People.
