        Absolutely ridiculous customer service. More than 6 months emails and there is absolutely no one coming to resolve the issue we are having. The door was installed with the wrong profile after a 12 months delays. The UK authorities clearly stated that affordable homes should correct that profile and they still dont even bother to come to check. Do not trust that company. We have 10 years guarantee and still James and Danny do not care at all about their customers.

        Firstly, I am the first to admit I am a fussy customer. Affordable Home has been fantastic and bent over backwards to ensure that I am happy with my extension. Yes, granted, there have been a few hurdles to jump over as there were some unexpected issues (what project is ever plain sailing?) - However, Affordable Home quickly resolved these issues. Thank you to all the team for your hard work - we are very happy with our new extension.

        Near completion of our orangery, interior design and landscaping project with James and his team. I have thoroughly enjoyed the process where attention to detail and customer care is held in the highest regard. The experience and knowledge they possess to make plans and ideas become a reality has enabled us to transform our home. Thank you James and team for all your hard work in making our home something truly special!!
