Ive had the pleasure of using Windoworld on many occasions over several years and I have to say that on every occasion their customer service has been spot on! They even call you back when you leave a message and usually the same day. Its the little things that count, right. In addition they have always been competitive and provided good quality products, plus their after sales Sevice is second to none, and I genuinely mean that, hand on heart! Naturally I would highly recommend them, but theres only one way to find out for yourself how good they are..give them a try you wont be disappointed.

Great service from windoworld! Staff were professional when came into fit and also the customer service was great when arranging fittings/ pricing. Would definitely recommend!

Called regarding issue with window. The lady who answered had no clue about double glazing. Visited the office/warehouse because no one could visit for 10 weeks. Asian lady at entrance was very rude and cheeky when I asked about how long I would be waiting. Disgusting behaviour and not acceptable when we are paying customers! I recommend going to a different double glazing company to provide better service and much better quality products!
