Brilliant service. Quick, sufficient and completed within two days. One minor issue with an upstairs window which was fixed very promptly. Clear communication from the sales team and the installation department throughout.

Made appointment. Rang to see what happened, said knocked on door and no-one answered when I was in the living room. Wanted to make another appointment. I decided against re-booking due to appointment being unsuccessful. Calls me and threatens to take further. Then emails me threatening legal action for defamation as I posted my review which is my experience

Really impressed with this company, from the sales team, survey and fitting the service was great. Very pleased with the look of the new windows and the installation took into account the original features of our house to maintain a authentic look.

From our initial home visit by Will through to the completion of the installation work by Jay and his team, Magna Windows have been very professional, knowledgeable and approachable throughout. We are delighted with our newly installed flush fitting windows, rear door and french doors, which has transformed the internal and external appearance of our home. The after sale service has also been extremely good in addressing the few snags highlighted post installation.

On behalf of my mum who wanted a whole new bathroom window with privacy glass: couldnt fault the job from start to finish! We were looked after by Will & Jay who were so informative and reassured us that the window could be fitted alongside the installation of our new bathroom (picture taken before tiling around the new window). Mark came to install the window and we couldnt be happier with his work! Weve previously had a front door from Magna which was installed by Will. Again, perfect service and over two years on were still in love with the product. Thank you to everyone at Magna Windows, we couldnt recommend you enough!
