Had 2 new bay windows put in this week aswell as some building work done. The guys, Neil and Andy, did a fantastic job. They cleared up after themselves really well too. Would definitely recommend sign windows. Been spot on from start to finish. I will be returning when I get my other windows done!!!

Okay flush sash windows but the front door and post fit customer service from the office has been abysmal. The front door is not fit for purpose with no compression / a bad build meaning lots of cold air comes through, the paint job is inconsistent, and promises to resolve have not yet been met (over a year later). There's been a lack of proactive communication from the office on resolution, and to their engineers in respect of the snag-list that they're being sent to resolve (adjustments, wrong handles, missing trim etc.) Feel sorry for the fitters and engineers who have done their best with that they've been given.

Sign Windows & Conservatories were recommended to me and true to form they have done a first class job on my bungalow windows. My thanks firstly go to Mark de Bono for his expertise, politeness and patience, Jay & Ryan for their excellent fitting, Dave & Dan for making sure the high quality windows were correctly made to my wishes. I have received many compliments on the new look of my bungalow, which is down to Mark for all his professional advice.

Started this nightmare 12 months ago, Delays,lies, no communication and substandard products Ordered 10 windows 2 doors and a a large set of bifold, Ive lost count of the calls emails and visits to the factory to try to resolve the issues and still no further forward, Stay clear of these cowboys
