Lady on the phone sounds rude, don't listen to us at all.

Staff dont have basic respect for people that are coming in for their check ups and they did not give prior notice that they were gonna be late so we had to wait over and hour even though we came early to the check up.

Avoid this Gp.He is not getting involved with his patients, he is rude, has not patience to listen and what is worse he doesn't care of his patients.About more than 2 years what he did was to send me home all the time I contact him in different health problems.In the last three month I was in a real big pain and I decided after failing with my gp to go in my country for investigations.After many investigations I ve been diagnosed with pelvin inflammatory disease , I ve been found having 4 chysts in different locations (one ovarian chyst,two breast chyst and one chyst on my thyroid), broken muscles in my left shoulder,some liquid in my right shoulder and anemia.Today I had phone appointments for my children.I tried to explain him my kids need blood tests because they are not feeling well and he get rude with me and says he is the doctor and he will decide if they need blood test or not.I said I am their mother and I know better my kids and I know when something is not well and I insisted to get blood tests for them telling him he already fail me and I don't want this happen for my kids.He get angry and closed the phone.At the end my appoiment for 3 kids was only 3 min and 29 seconds and no blood tests.I had no chance to explain all my kids simptomes and of course he wasn't interested to find out.For him was more important to be ,,bossy " than to help.I would gave him 0 stars if I could.
