They seem to never answer the phone at all which is really annoying to be honest. What's the point of having a phone if you never answer it. I'll be taking my business elsewhere now

The online store is great. Delivery is fast and the system seems to work well. No complaints about that, and it's the only thing saving it from a one-star review. The physical store however.... that's another thing entirely. This is now the third time this year (2022) I've been in Leicester thinking I'll pop in to buy some things, only to find a handwritten note hastily taped to the door telling me it's closed. The previous time it was because staff were ill (I don't remember the reason for the first one) which is fair enough I guess, but this time the reason was simply that they're 'too busy' and would rather deal with online orders instead. No post on Facebook either, so you only find out by arriving at the store. This is a huge pain in the bum at the best of times, but because of the location of the store you have to pay to park unless it's after 6, and there's nothing else near it, it's tucked away in the middle of some dodgy, pseudo-industrial side streets, so it's a giant 'screw you' to those who come in specifically to use the shop and only find out at the door they've wasted their money. At least post something to your Facebook page. It's unprofessional to run to a business with designated opening hours and then not stick to them because you have other priorities. Or at least have the decency to lie , and have the note tell us people are ill, or give an non-specifc reason. This note basically says "our online customers are more important than YOU, who physically came to the store, so bad luck". I'm properly unimpressed.
