        Lovely place to work, no racial discrimination, no bullying. Just that they need to sponsor the visa of their dedicated employees. It will make the organisation a perfect place to work.

        Policies, hours and contracts, not about people. Used to be a genuine company, nowadays robotic tick box support with very little regard to employees despite them giving above and beyond. Face fit culture!
