Placed an order via Uber Eats as the restaurant was showing as opened until 9pm. Money has left my account but order is not showing as placed on Uber. Googled restaurant and it closed early due to holiday. They obviously did not update their opening hours information on their Uber account. Called number on the website and a woman answered and the second I said that I had placed an order, she said "wrong number" and hung up. She did not answer my subsequent call or respond to my text message. I am left to believe that this place is a scam and wanted to warn others. I have contacted Uber Eats as well to request a refund.
