Since 2020 the service received by this practice has been awful. Reception staff need training on data protection laws and what they actually mean and also how NOT to rip patients off. It is very clear that under the NHS banner they will try to gain as much money out of you as a patient as they can. It is a disgrace of a dental practice with staff who do not have patient care at the forefront of their minds. For someone who has been using this practice for over 15 years I think I have a fair bit of experience to back up my 1 star up. The practice is clearly focused on making as much money as possible and they do not care how they do this. I have since joined another practice privately and for someone who goes to the dentist regularly was told I needed 3 fillings - something else this practice failed to see. I would avoid at all costs going to this dentist as a NHS or private patient

I used to come here for a few years right from childhood it was never a great dentist from the start. The staff were absolutely horrible every single time to the point where it made me cry. I understand they have to be strict, but they were really passive-aggressive and rude, and it made me insecure. When I was a kid, I used to beg my mum to book me in somewhere else as i was genuinely frightened of the dentists here. Every time i used to walk past this dentist as a kid, i felt sick. And it wasn't just with me, My family members also had a bad experience with the staff at this dentist. Now, years in the future, I'm still too scared to come back because of the staff and the experience that i had when i was a little. If your teeth are slightly out of the standard or crooked, then don't come here unless you're made of stone. It's especially not the kind of dentist you should be bringing children to, let alone adults! It's definitely an experience I'll never forget for all the wrong reasons.

Having rang to book an appointment for a broken tooth to be told Im no longer registered because they took me off their books with no warning because I havent been in since 2019. I explained when I had tried to make an appointment in 2020 I couldnt because of lockdown - to be told very rudely that they were apparently open to patients all the way through lockdown?? Even though during it they had this on signs on door, on voicemail message and cancelled appointments during that time! Im now left with an urgent dental issue and cant find any dentists taking on nhs patients! I wasnt even informed they had taken me off their books, no warning at all! When I asked where else I could go I was told to use google!!! They couldnt care less.

I have just been informed that the practice as taken me off their books because I have not been for 3 years. Main reason I didn't attend, I am a disabled vulnerable person who was trying to protect myself as advised by the government. This practice does not deserve any patients. Now I'm finding it impossible to find another dentist.
