Terrible experience. Had to get braces twice from this dentist as my teeth still had gaps in between them when he removed them the first time!

My son was prescribed braces by his dentist. After a 9 month wait, we were contacted by City Orthodontics to fit them an do his care. Only 2 months of the braces being fitted one of the brackets popped out. They put it back. A month later it popped off again. They put it back. Another racket popped out and the wire moved. They told him that he only had 2 opportunities for any breakages and they do not fix them after that so he didn't get them fixed. We found the over all service lacking: the lead dentist was curt and disinterested and my son felt rushed. As a result of them refusing to fix the bracket, my son had to have his braces removed 18 months earlier than a usual treatment. I would recommend using another dentist.

Absolute vile attitude towards customers; will make you feel embarrassed and like a little kid who just got yelled at by their mum. Because thats what they do, they yell down the phone at you and have the most disgusting and rude attitude to you. Sort it out!!!! Its appalling!!! Think about how youre affecting your customers!!!!

Although their new practice looks nice, treatment is still as bad as it has always has been. I've been attending this dental practice for around 3 years now for my braces, and it was the worst decision I've made. * I was never told how long my overall treatment would take. * Each appointment is rushed, I'm literally out within less than 5 minutes. * When removing my bite guard, they never removed the glue from teeth and it is impossible to do at home. * Orthodontist does not care about your questions or inform you of what is happening at any of the appointmentss. * The receptionist staff are quite rude. *They have delayed the removal of my braces 3 times (around 1 year delay) as they never booked the right length appointment I do not recommend this dental practice. it has not been worth it, I'dve rather not had braces at all.
