Out of the blue I received an e-mail stating I owe 49.90 for an old outstanding balance from Utility point. My new supplier was Octopus who have told me that any debt owed would automatically be passed to them. I have e-mailed , called and sent messages to them asking for proof of my debt on the last Utility bill. I said I would gladly pay anything I owed ! Guess what ??? They have never in 8 months replied to me with the outstanding invoice. So now they have put a 50 charge. I have now got so fed up with them that I have decided to consult a Solicitor. We'll see who owes what now

1 star is too much for these clowns, I've been harassed for a debt that wasn't mine. I left the property a full 4 years before the debt was occurred proved that and then even proved from 2018 to present by an old letter an my current driving licence but the clowns still think I occurred the debt. I won't be replying nor sending any money over to these cowboys

Avoid them at all cost. We didnt owe them money yet they demanded payment for nearly 2 years. Back and forth emails and phone calls which they avoided. Threats from bailiffs. Payment to start was 700+ then went down to 300+ then 150 etc so even they didnt know how much money it is. Absolute JOKE!! Feel sorry for all the vulnerable people who will take them seriously! do NOT give your money to them.

0 stars this Company is a joke made payment but still getting emails to say that there is now a late payment been added .

Will be contacting financial ombudsman. I encourage anyone else with an "estimated" debt by these people to do the same.
