I am deeply disappointed with the service provided by the attendant at the Leicester Mall last year, I already had a problem with the same employee who sent the wrong money due to lack of professionalism and communication. denied every time I go to the store the attendant invents a reason not to answer me one hour it is off the air another time the money is not sent and this is deeply frustrating me because I have already used the euro change services elsewhere and went super well received, I've been to the store several times and the attendant makes up the same excuse it's not working it's off the air and that's not cool, it's not possible that the service hasn't been working for days, or the person doesn't want to assist me , she recognized me and is making up lies so as not to answer me I'm sending a photo of the attendant, and my boss goes to the store to use the service, or the problem is me, or my color unfortunately I didn't expect to feel I have been turned down by a large and welcoming company like eurochange I hope to get an email back and a request for a retraction because the next time this happens to me I will go to the police and file a complaint if other people can use it because I cannot use the service if this is a service for everyone, where is the company's empathy, where is the collaboration and understanding, the lockdown was not useful for us to understand that we are all the same

Awful experience. Asked if they had money in the currency i needed, said they only had 40 but offered no solution (i.e. order). Appeared to be more keen to get rid of me, clearly do not need the business. No.1 Currency exchange are miles better!

The young man at the counter was very abrupt, seemed fed up of his job and showed no enthusiasm whats so ever. The rate was not ideal either so gave my business elsewhere..

The lady on shift made the decision to cash up twenty minutes early on Wednesday October the third 2018 thus turning away at least three customers that I saw (I myself was needed to withdraw 600 euros) maybe her bosses should remind her open till 8 means open for business till 8 not turning away money so she can close the door at 8.
