        Have used this service this week. The staff I encountered were such a lovely bunch of people, polite, helpful, professional. I am honestly really really thankful for their patience and kindness this week. I think they provide a valuable service to our community. And to enable me to attend in person due to my personal circumstances, particularly during covid, was much appreciated.
