DTD Express (Send paperworks / documents / parcel / courier to USA, INDIA, KENYA, SRILANKA, DUBAI)

My experience of DTD Express has exceeded all my expectations. The service has been brilliant - from end to end for the delivery of my father's urgent tablets for blood pressure. The customer service is superb and you couldn't ask for a better courier to meet all your needs. I highly recommend and would not hesitate to use them again.

Sent a parcel in January 2023, three dairymilk chocolate were eat by rats. On contacting dtd express they told me they would give me 5 pound discount only if I sent another parcel with them. Sent another parcel in March-2023, dtd courier did not give response on whereabout my parcel was. The parcel reached after 15days. I had sent 2.5Kg of Lindor chocolates, all went melted and were of no use (It was worth 48pounds). Very poor service. Me not sending any parcel through dtd in future is not going to affect them. Once you pay the charges for the parcel,dtd are not concerned about the service, they don't take any responsibilities.

Cargo (2 boxes) dispatched to India by air, not yet reached its destination. its been more than 3 months!!!. Disappointment!! tarik pe tarik on voice mail. initially was told 20 to 25 days by economy!!!

A very reliable,honest and professional family business,I've used them for more than eight years without any issues at all,they've always kept me informed about the progress of my freight and I recommend them highly.I wouldn't use anyone else as long as they are in business and I give them 6 stars all day long.
