        Ive found the Oadby and Wigston council to be extremely helpful from the beginning and they continue to be very efficient with any problems or repairs. All the staff are very helpful and polite, Pete is a great housing officer and everyone Ive dealt with within the council has been amazing. Thank you for the great work you do!

        Whenever they want something (usually more money from us) then theyd be quick to act. If we want something from them, then theyre about useful as a chocolate teapot.

        No customer service. The reception is closed. They have shut there centre in town. Because everything is online. So theres plenty of parking.

        This is hands down the WORST council Ive come across. Never empty your bin even if you leave it kerbside. The staff training involves lying as much as you can. The grass waste renewal is a scam and a rip off. Customer services have no idea on how to deal with complaints other than to delete them. The quicker they merge with Leicester Council and make redundancies at OWC the better! A SHAMBLES RUN COUNCIL.

        Disgusted about the new carpark charges in Wigston Town centre at a time when we should all be helping out the independent retailer. I for one won't be shopping in Wigston anymore. Such a shame!
