I moved next to this clinic about 8 Months ago, and since that time I have been trying to register with them, but to no avail. The recipients are disrespectful to non-workers who have lost their jobs and have a family and children who needs to see a dentist for dental problems. But they are arrogant, unscrupulous and ruthless . I don't like it.

Both my children have been kicked out of practice. 1)After arranging appointments at their own time and not whats convenient for us. 2) No reminders of appointments that has been made months ago. We missed our 1st appointment because I genuinely missed it ! And second time called them the next day to cancel it as it wasnt convenient. Shocked to see the letter in the post that my children have been kicked out. Well thank you .We would love to go to the practice where we feel welcomed!! Ps. We were very happy with our dentist and assistant and always received best treatments ********An update ****** A practice manager Sumaiya(apologies if I havent spelled it correctly) called me and not only addressed my concerns but was very understanding and booked my children appointments soon. Also helped me with my urgent appointment today! Overall so pleased to be heard and pleasantly surprised to know that they do genuinely care for their patients. Happy mum happy client. Dr. Aliraza Somji and his nurse Jasmine are both brilliant at what they do!! Got my crown and root canal works all sorted (they look fab and natural - which is what I was looking for) and I can vouch that you won't go wrong with Dr. Aliraza. Very gentle, patient and calm in both his communication and hands-on skills.

Ive been going to this dentists for around 20 years now and have always had good treatment. Recently Ive been seeing a new (to me) dentist, his name is Hirak. Ive seen him on two visits now and hes brilliant! He has a knack of making you feel at ease, hes very polite and courteous and takes his time to thoroughly explain treatment plans to you. He is also my husband and sons dentist and both of them have said how good they thought he was too!
