Great customer care in the Leicester branch.Staff were welcoming.Incouldnt make my mind up about day or night and was told theyd make sure I get both. Received retainers today finally but I was meant to get day and night and only received night ones - pain as you wait ages for them to arrive and also make payments before your even changing your smile so I at least expected what ordered!

Teeth are moving however terrible terrible service. My set arrived later than 5-6 weeks I was informed it would arrive. Sent multiple emails to which i received no reply, for weeks on end. In initial meeting agreed to pay RETAINERS in advance to speed up waiting time in the end this was neither processed or charged for. As an apology for delays and response the company offered 25% discount off retainers at end which is when I found out this hadn't been processed. One set of aligners cracked to which i was moved a week ahead. I now have reached week 7 aligners which as my teeth are moving faster or as i skipped a week due to crack has caused the brace to be loose . My week 7 aligners at the bottom, aligners are falling off the teeth. I have been informed this is a "manufacturing problem". This means a touch up or aligners have to be sent out. I have opted for touch up as inevitably my treatment plan will now need to be changed due to these delays. This is another 5-6 weeks wait which will inevitably effect my treatment journey having to wear my current already loose aligners for a further 5-6 weeks which will realistically be 8 weeks. This is clearly the price you pay when opting for the cheaper alternative to Invisalign. Disappointed beyond belief.
