        Got referred here, got an assessment a month later and got discharged immediately after . Saying that I'll be called by Urgent Mental Health Help in a few days. Waited 3 weeks before calling urgent mental health help and they never got the referral. In addition, they were absolutely not the service I needed. I needed Cognitive Behavioural Therapy - the service I was just discharged from because they couldn't be bothered to help me.
