They refuse to cancel even if you ring them before your order has been cut quoting exemption for customer rights for bespoke services.

as with all the other reviews, terrible service, ordered on 5th September, not arrived by today so called them and the first thing 'customer services' did was quote their terms and conditions. That's when you know they are used to receiving complaints. Luckily we paid by CC so will be looking to get refunded by charge back

I ordered 2 No. handed perspex panels to fit into a small door. firstly they didn't follow their own template format when cutting so one is cut internal and the other is cut eternal. Then there is the deep scratch it was delivered with. I complained via email and was told I needed to supply more photographs which I did but as yet no reply. Today I have tried phoning the company but as with the other reviews on here nobody answers the phone or leaves a recording saying why they cant answer the phone.
