I was having my alarm system maintenance and monitoring by Able, but sadly the company became unAble to manage good quality work and I am very sure it probably due to poor management.
They are not honest in my opinion and overcharge vulnerable customers by selling back parts which have nothing wrong with them as I had a second opinion, I'm very sure confirmed the company pointed out that I was being overcharged and taken advantage of and then I was asked by Able alarms company to contact them which I did and I'm very sure that they only responded to my feedback to look good only to be unAble to resolve the issues and I can confirm that the alarm system is substandard like their management and customer service.
I am confident that the company is rubbish.
I suffered and got taken advantage of because of my circumstances/condition, but this happened over a period of 17 years and as a loyal customer was extremely disappointed with the way that I was treated badly.
Just being honest and have to share my experience with you so you don't get treated like the way I was.
I'm very sure you can do without being charged unnecessarily for work which is not required.
