Products never received, contacted them for an update on "tracking" got no reply. Pure scammers, customer service terrible

Should have cancelled my order as it took almost 2 weeks to ship! I'd ordered and recieved packages from elsewhere in the meantime. Absolute joke! Notice how the company always asks people to remove negative reviews, you can check the same on trust pilot A COMPANY THAT REQUESTS NEGATIVE REVIEWS BE REMOVED BUT DOES NOTHING TO FIX THE PROBLEM IS SHODDY

Absolutely dire service. Simply said there are thousands of customers, and they did not have time to contact me regarding my order. They blocked my order without notification to let me know, simply because my billing address was different to my shipping address? Why not just call or email? Amazon have billions of customers but manage. Not fair, as the delivery was such a very long time frame and said due to be delivered, but yet it had not even been shipped! I was told it could be shipped today, but after so much wasted time from an unprofessional company declined. Just received an email saying products were unavailable. Too many lies. Chloe just said account was blocked due to different addresses, but cancellation email says unable to fulfill order due to insufficient stock. Two entirely different stories. It appears this company are advertising stocks that they do not actually have to sell. Total time wasted and now I have to order somewhere else and waste even more time with no products.

Disorganised business. False promises. Lack of quality assurance Before making a purchase, I had an email conversation with Sam - Customer Services Executive. Sam assured me that the label on the package sent would not be specific, so I made the purchase. The package was received, with the specific contents written on it, as we agreed would not happen. If Sam was informative and said it may not happen, I wouldn't have made the purchase. I guess this business is more about making sales than customer satisfaction...

I had ordered from health pharm on 14 Feb and after ordering it tells me that my order will arrive between 22 Feb - 14 March. Today is 24 Feb and still my order is not shipped it is at shipper warehouse this is really annoying. Please if any from healthpharm is looking at this review please mention the delivery date range before we placing order ,and get my order ASAP please!!
